These Fan Membership Terms ("Membership Terms") govern the purchase and use of the Iconverse Fan Membership offered by Sovra Technology Pvt. Ltd. ("Iconverse", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").
These Membership Terms should be read together with the Iconverse Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Community Guidelines, and all other applicable Platform policies.
1. About Fan Membership
Fan Membership is a one-time digital membership designed for users who wish to become a more active part of the Iconverse community and participate in eligible creator engagement features available on the Platform.
Membership activates additional fan features offered during the applicable period and may evolve as the Platform introduces new services.
2. Membership Fee
Fan Membership requires payment of a one-time membership fee.
The applicable fee will always be displayed on the Platform before payment.
The membership fee may be revised, increased, reduced, or modified by Iconverse from time to time without affecting memberships already activated, unless otherwise stated.
3. Eligibility
To activate a Fan Membership, you must:
- Maintain a valid Iconverse account.
- Provide accurate registration information.
- Comply with the Iconverse Terms of Service and Platform policies.
- Complete verification requirements where requested.
4. Membership Benefits
Subject to Platform availability and creator participation, Fan Membership may provide access to eligible features including:
- Fan Membership Badge.
- Participation in eligible creator community activities.
- Access to creator broadcasts where made available.
- Participation in creator tasks, challenges, or engagement activities where offered.
- Priority access to selected community announcements, events, or activities, where applicable.
- Eligibility to unlock additional fan experiences introduced by Iconverse from time to time.
Specific features may vary depending on the creator, Platform updates, or operational requirements.
5. No Guarantee
Fan Membership does not guarantee:
- Direct communication with any creator.
- Replies or responses from creators.
- Participation in every creator activity.
- Access to all broadcasts or events.
- Gifts, prizes, rewards, or recognition.
- Selection as a Super Fan or for any future programme.
Individual creators may determine how they engage with their fan communities in accordance with Platform policies.
6. Fan Conduct
Members agree to:
- Behave respectfully towards creators and other users.
- Comply with all applicable laws.
- Avoid abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful behaviour.
- Refrain from impersonation, fraud, spam, or misuse of the Platform.
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership and account access.
7. Membership Badge
Eligible Fan Members may receive a Fan Membership Badge displayed on their Iconverse profile or within supported Platform features.
The badge remains subject to continued compliance with Platform policies and may be removed if membership or account privileges are suspended or terminated.
8. Future Features
Iconverse may introduce additional fan engagement features in the future.
Unless expressly stated, activation of a Fan Membership does not automatically include separately priced services introduced after membership activation.
9. Suspension or Termination
Iconverse reserves the right to suspend or terminate Fan Membership where:
- False information has been provided.
- Platform policies have been violated.
- Fraudulent or unlawful activity is detected.
- Continued access may compromise Platform integrity or user safety.
Where permitted under applicable law, such action may occur without refund.
10. Refunds
Refunds relating to Fan Membership shall be governed exclusively by the Iconverse Refund & Cancellation Policy.
As Fan Membership is a digital activation service, membership fees are generally non-refundable once successfully activated, except in circumstances expressly provided in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Amendments
Iconverse may revise these Membership Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise specified.
Continued use of the Membership after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
