Individual results depend upon numerous factors beyond the Company's control.
3. Creator Launch Pass
The Creator Launch Pass is a one-time digital activation service that enables eligible creators to access creator-related Platform features.
Purchase of a Creator Launch Pass does not constitute:
- employment;
- talent representation;
- guaranteed participation in any show;
- guaranteed income;
- guaranteed commercial opportunities.
4. Fan Membership
Fan Membership is a one-time digital membership that provides access to eligible fan engagement features available on the Platform.
Fan Membership does not guarantee:
- direct communication with creators;
- creator responses;
- participation in every creator activity;
- gifts, rewards, or prizes;
- selection for future Platform programmes.
Individual creators determine how they engage with their communities in accordance with Platform policies.
5. User-Generated Content
Creators and users are solely responsible for the content they publish on the Platform.
Views, opinions, statements, recommendations, and representations expressed by users belong solely to the respective users and do not necessarily reflect the views or opinions of Iconverse or Sovra Technology Pvt. Ltd.
6. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, websites, payment gateways, social media platforms, or other external resources.
Iconverse is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, privacy practices, products, or services provided by such third parties.
Users interact with third-party services at their own discretion and subject to the third party's applicable terms and policies.

Iconverse does not guarantee any minimum income or earnings.

All trademarks, logos, brand names, Platform software, designs, graphics, and other proprietary materials belonging to Iconverse remain the intellectual property of Sovra Technology Pvt. Ltd.
Unauthorised use is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Iconverse and Sovra Technology Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform or reliance upon any information made available through it.
