These Creator Launch Pass Terms ("Launch Pass Terms") govern the purchase and use of the Iconverse Creator Launch Pass offered by Sovra Technology Pvt. Ltd. ("Iconverse", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").
These Terms should be read together with the Iconverse Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Creator Policy, and all other applicable Platform policies.
1. About the Creator Launch Pass
The Creator Launch Pass is a one-time digital activation designed for individuals who wish to participate in the Iconverse creator ecosystem.
Activation enables eligible creators to access creator-specific features and opportunities available on the Platform during the validity of their account, subject to these Terms and applicable Platform policies.
2. Activation Fee
The Creator Launch Pass requires payment of a one-time activation fee.
The applicable fee will always be displayed on the Platform before payment.
The activation fee may be revised, increased, reduced, or modified by Iconverse from time to time without affecting previously completed activations, unless otherwise stated.
3. Eligibility
To activate a Creator Launch Pass, you must:
- Maintain a valid Iconverse account
- Provide accurate registration information
- Comply with the Iconverse Terms of Service
- Complete any verification requirements requested by the Company
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Iconverse reserves the right to refuse activation where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.
4. Creator Launch Pass Benefits
Subject to eligibility and platform availability, the Creator Launch Pass may include:

- Access to the Creator Dashboard and creator tools
- Eligibility to apply for auditions for eligible Iconverse Shows
- Creator profile verification (subject to successful verification)
- Access to fan-building features available on the Platform
- Periodic creator evaluation and guidance where offered
- Eligibility to be considered for brand collaborations, campaigns, promotional opportunities, or other creator initiatives, subject to selection criteria
- Access to additional creator features introduced by Iconverse from time to time
Certain features may vary depending on Platform updates, operational requirements, or future product development.
5. No Guarantee
The Creator Launch Pass is an activation service and does not guarantee:
- Selection in any audition or show
- Participation in any Iconverse production
- Brand collaborations
- Sponsorship opportunities
- Creator earnings
- Followers, fans, subscribers, or audience growth
- Commercial success or public recognition
All auditions, campaigns, collaborations, and creator opportunities are subject to separate eligibility requirements and independent selection processes.
6. Creator Responsibilities
Creators agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration and verification
- Comply with all applicable laws
- Maintain respectful and lawful conduct on the Platform
- Upload only content for which they possess the necessary rights and permissions
- Comply with all Iconverse policies and community standards
Creators remain solely responsible for the content they publish and for any applicable taxes relating to their earnings.
7. Verification
Certain Creator Launch Pass features may require successful identity verification.
Verification is conducted to improve platform integrity, user safety, and regulatory compliance.
Verification approval is granted at the sole discretion of Iconverse after review of the submitted information.
8. Auditions and Shows
Activation of a Creator Launch Pass enables eligible creators to apply for auditions where available.
Participation in any audition or show remains subject to:
- Eligibility criteria
- Audition performance
- Creative and production requirements
- Background verification where applicable
- Separate agreements executed with selected creators
The Company's decisions regarding auditions and participation shall be final.
9. Brand Collaborations
Eligible creators may be considered for brand collaborations or promotional campaigns introduced through Iconverse.
Selection depends upon campaign requirements, creator suitability, audience relevance, compliance history, and other commercial considerations.
Activation of a Creator Launch Pass does not guarantee participation in any campaign.
10. Pricing and Future Features
The Company may introduce new creator tools, services, benefits, or optional paid features in the future.
Unless specifically stated, activation of the Creator Launch Pass does not automatically include access to separately priced services introduced after activation.
11. Suspension or Termination
Iconverse reserves the right to suspend or terminate Creator Launch Pass privileges where:
- False information has been provided
- Platform policies have been violated
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Unlawful conduct is identified
- Continued access may compromise Platform integrity or user safety
Such action may be taken without refund where permitted under applicable law.
12. Refunds
Refunds relating to the Creator Launch Pass shall be governed exclusively by the Iconverse Refund & Cancellation Policy.
As the Creator Launch Pass is a digital activation service, activation fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been successfully activated, except in circumstances expressly described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
13. Amendments
Iconverse may modify these Creator Launch Pass Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms shall become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise specified.
Continued use of the Creator Launch Pass after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
